-Due to our need for total attention and risk of liability. Please do not bring children or infants with you to your appointment. You will be subject to the cancellation fee in the event you are accompanied by a child. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.​

-All New Permanent Makeup procedures require a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE to hold the appointment. This booking fee will be charged to your card upon acceptance of your appointment. The remaining amount of your service is due at time of service.

• Booking fees are transferable to another appointment time if 48 hours notice is provided when rescheduling.​

• The booking fee is NOT REFUNDABLE. If you become pregnant or medically unable to have permanent cosmetics we will hold your booking fee on file for 1 year. 

• Cancelations with less than 48 hours notices will lose your booking fee. If you would like to reschedule your appointment you will have to pay your appointment in full before you are able to be rescheduled. ​​

• If you are late to your scheduled appointment, 5 minutes for a 30 minute appointment or 10 minutes to a 90 minute appointment. You will need have to be rescheduled and your booking fee will be kept and will have to pay an additional booking fee to reschedule.

-If you have had previous permanent cosmetics your appointment is considered a correction and requires a consultation. If you book an appointment and do not disclose your previous permanent cosmetics you will be turned away and your booking fee will be kept.

- NO SHOW appointments will result in the inability to book with BoiseBrows indefinitely. 

​

- At this time we are unable to take clients that live outside a 500 mile radius. If you do live in a different timezone please confirm that your appointment is scheduled for Mountain Standard Time.
